What a great effort. Bearing in mind we were without 3 players today, I thought that the whole team deserved more from the game. We had them on the rack for long periods of the match and the defence, marshalled by Zak Mitchell, held up well. A much improved game from Liam Bosley, Jack Strevens settling into his left-wing role, Daniel working hard up front and scoring 2 more goals, a fine save from Joshua and an outstanding team spirit all contributed to todays performance. If we continue in this vein then who knows how the season may pan out.....!
